- Crawling is much easier with both legs helping out.
- Everyone must obey the laws of physics around me.
- I like spinach!

- In the course of one Saturday, Rowan went from pulling along himself by the arms with one leg tucked under his chest in the morning, to pulling himself by the arms with the legs dragging behind like an anchor in the afternoon, to propelling himself with both arms and legs by the evening. He is now zooming away from us and heading straight for his wall of toys. As well as spotting us from across the room when we enter the daycare to pick him up, giving a big grin, and zooming over to say hello. And of course crying if we don’t pick him right away.
- Rowan enjoys being surprised by certain things, like watching a ball bounce or seeing Mommy push a ball his way using her nose. But they have to fit into his model of how the world works. We have one toy which uses air pressure to hold a ball in the air, and he hates it because it defies gravity and confuses him. Then there’s the book where the pages flip right to left as well as top to bottom. It’s the only book he refuses to peruse after reading. Upside down books are fine, but the pages should only move a certain way.
- But of course!
Podi Putha,s progress is smooth.
His smile is unmatched.
